Upliftly is the vision of Lachelle Dillon and Andrew Dillon, who are dedicated to spreading positive transformation through innovative, impactful, and accessible mindfulness technology for individuals and organizations.

Lachelle Dillon
Over a 20-year career as a master teacher of mindfulness and yoga, Lachelle has built up this expression of support, encouragement, and personal transformation through positive mindfulness. Emerging from her lifelong practice of teaching others her systems of growth, she received the inspiration of four transformative words that would form the foundation of Upliftly’s impactful practices. Her mission is to promote personal growth by cultivating a positive mindset, developing inner strength, and helping others live with greater peace, joy, and purpose.

Andrew Dillon
With a 25 year career as an entrepreneur and filmmaker, Andrew combines his deep experience in storytelling and digital media technology platforms to bring the Upliftly vision to life. With a Masters in Communication Technology, a feature film distributed in over 40 countries, and four successful tech startups, Andrew experienced his own personal transformation through these mindfulness techniques. His experience inspired him to deliver an immersive, personalized, and impactful mindfulness experience for people worldwide.

A Mission of Positivity
The Upliftly team is supported by beautiful live voice artists from across North America (not AI voices), as well as a team of amazing technical and creative staff.  Upliftly is determined to provide a creative, inspired, fresh, easy-to-use app experience for sustained positive living, and provide seamless access to these life-changing tools. Married for 25 years and proud parents of three daughters, Lachelle and Andrew are grateful for the opportunity to create a more hopeful, connected world—one where kindness, community, and optimism thrive.
