Upliftly was created by Lachelle Dillon and Andrew Dillon with one clear goal: to make it easier for anyone—anywhere—to shift to a positive mindset, and live with greater peace, joy, and purpose. Combining deep experience in mindfulness teaching with digital technology and media production, they created Upliftly as a mindfulness platform designed for individuals, students and employees to overcome everyday obstacles and achieve their highest objectives. The Upliftly team of 15 creative and technical contributors aspires to make positive mindfulness available at an affordable cost, with a flexible, scalable technical platform. Our advisory board below supports quality, validated content that is receiving excited reviews.
With a 25 year career as an entrepreneur and filmmaker, Andrew combines deep experience in digital media technology to bring the Upliftly vision to life. With a history of four successful tech startups spanning digital media content management, SaaS eCommerce, API integration and mobile apps, Andrew enjoys applying technology to solve societal challenges, and has a passion for innovation in mental health and personal wellness technology.
With over 20 years in yoga and mindfulness, Lachelle transferred her experience to craft the Upliftly mindfulness experience. This includes the CARE technique—an easy-to-use framework that makes mental and emotional wellbeing more accessible. Lachelle believes in the power of our thoughts to make positive mindset shifts that create lasting transformation.
